Become a Flat Rate Process Service Member
We are currently seeking professional process server members nationwide. Our FlatRateProcessService.com members apply for and can receive Flat Rate Process Service listings. Membership terms are annual, and we advise pre-registration/application to ensure your spot when that location opens/expires. Additionally, we may have unforeseen instances where we need to substitute agencies during the term and we will pull from agencies on standby.

Here's how it works: Once approved for membership and payment is received, your listing will be published. You will then be available to work directly with clients, receive payment from them, and provide your services. It's that simple!

- Our Servers are Professionals - All agencies MUST be members of NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers) or their State Association of process servers in good standing, registered in their state (where required), and vetted by Flat Rate Process Service.
- Delivery, Time and Fee Standards are
required of our members.
- Payment Acceptance - Accept payment by check, money order, cash, or
instantly online with PayPal.*
- Submit Documents Quickly and Remotely - Our members shall offer in-person drop-off, fax and email^^ acceptance of documents to be served.
- Monitoring of our Members - You agree to participate with us as we closely monitor client feedback and perform "mystery shops" on our participating members to ensure adherence to our standards. We will not hesitate to remove a serving member if they are found to be in opposition to our goals of complete customer satisfaction.

Flat Rate Process Service Agency Membership Fees:
Flat Rate Process Service offers a listing territory with each paid membership. $99 Annual Listing Fee.*As part of your membership, we will create your PayPal processing account to include in your listing.
^^As part of your membership, we will create an email-based fax service for you so that you may receive faxed documents.
**Membership fees apply to a single "metro" area of service as determined by Flat Rate Process Service.
